I had John clean my carpets this fall and I was so impressed with his knowledge. I explained to him that the prior carpet cleaner had made a few mistakes that I wasnt happy with (like cutting my carpet back at a transition, without my consent, and exposing the carpet tack strip that my kids would step on a lot). John helped stretch the carpet and cover the tack strip, not a usual service but I must have been in the right place at the right time. He worked quickly and efficiently, despite my four year old interrogating him. John has kind with him and answered his questions. Id recommend John for any carpet cleaning service. He even travels to Morgan, UT!

We had some flooding in our basement and after we got everything repaired we called John with Signature Carpet Care and he got us in within a couple of days of calling. John did a great job - he was thorough and put down antimicrobial in the area that flooded and then cleaned all our carpets. He got up some spots of putty and slime my kids had gotten on the carpet. He was so fast and guaranteed his work. Couldnt be happier.
