They took our car with no problem. After I called, the insurance gave me a timeline and we'll see how it goes. The manager is a very nice gentleman

If they got the word "Dealer" as their first name? No , they're not the cheapest body shop in town. However, they're greatly in demand. Have good value for the dollar. Do top-notch work. And work through the details with insurance companies, if possible.
