Max and his staff always give excellent service!. They go above and beyond. We always get prompt follow up when we contact them. When we had a claim Max helped to make sure we were taken care of each step of the process His knowledge of what policy fits our needs has been so helpful. He takes care of all our insurance needs. We have, home auto, RV, health and life policies with him. We think you should too. We highly recommend Max Outsen insurance agency!

Mr. Outsen has been consistently assisting me to protect my family for almost a decade now. Farmers is a solid company ... add Max as your agent, and you can't go awry! He is on top of things, and has saved me many fees by calling me in advance with reminders. I have found the time & care he spends on each client to be unmatched by other agents.
(I noticed he has ONE review less than 5 stars, which seems to be made by a client upset with the returns a claim provided ... but that client can truthfully only blame the inadequate scope of the policy THEY chose ... not at the man who sold them what they insisted upon!)

Very poor service max did absolutely nothing to help me when my home was broken into I got not a cent back and he said theres nothing we can do even know I had receipts for everything in my house taken. My bank account is constantly being overdrawn then fees are applied I mean it happens so much my bank returns these fees back to me its unreal definitely time to find new insurance be careful and stay aware if you work with this agent prices were good but the hassle isnt worth what Ive had to deal with ,with this company .
