I posted this review on Willow Creek Dentals listing. It looks like this Google listing is used more. This happened during Christmas 2022:
I wanted to give these guys my return business for treatment of a tooth in pain (needed a root canal retreatment and new crown) - but they lost my business when they didnt post their holiday hours. Their phone message didnt even mention when they were going to be closed. Was hoping to see them on the 23rd when the pain started- they never answered so I had to go somewhere else since I was in pain and didnt want to suffer over the long holiday weekend. Got medicine from another dentist for the weekend (that did little for the pain I was in) and thats when I learned I needed the root canal retreated, and then needed to get the crown replaced. Called the 26th, 27th, 28th, and then they were randomly open on the 29th. Instead of any sort of sympathy, I was snidely laughed at by the receptionist for suggesting they update their holiday hours so people know. The lady was rude on the phone not understanding the pain and patience I endured trying to save my treatment until they were open, trying to be courteous about giving them my return business. Silly me for trying to be a loyal customer, just to be treated like that. Its basic business sense and courteous to post operating hours. At least show some sympathy and then dont laugh at me and act like Im being ridiculous for suggesting you post the hours.

Dr. Bott is the man! He is the best dentist Ive ever been too. He is very knowledgeable. Ive never enjoyed going into the dentist and I enjoy seeing him and his staff. 10/10 recommend you go in to him for any and all dental work.

Ive been to several dentists over the years, but nothing compares to this place. All of the staff are so kind, and thorough in their positions. They constantly checked in with me, and tried to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr Bott is a great guy and I really appreciate his compassionate, professional demeanor. Thank you!

This office withdrew 2 extra payments for their in house insurance and wouldnt refund the payments, wouldnt return my phone calls. The gal they have running the front desk is the loudest, know it all, pushy gal Ive ever witnessed. Enough so that she is enough reason to not visit the office. I have never went out of my way to leave a review but in this case it was worth the time. Dr Bott is a mediocre dentist, several of his fillings chipped within just a few days. Wouldnt recommend even though hes a very nice dentist

I had to find a new dentist because of insurance changes, and I didn't want to because I loved my old dentist. Dr. Bott was a fantastic find. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to clean my teeth without making me jump through the roof due to a few sensitive teeth. :)
