James Lane is a top notch company. I had them install three new toilets and had them service my AC unit. Their guys were professional and respectful. I will be using them to replace my AC unit soon.

Absolute garbage. I had an HVAC tech from James Lane come out to figure out why my AC was blowing hot heater air (110F) when it was supposed to be blowing cold air. He charged me $350 for his time a said it was the Heat Pump Defrost Control Board. They were going to charge me $250 for a new one, but I found one brand new online at North American HVAC for only $165 and I swapped it out myself (I'm a 24 year aviation mechanic) AND THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED. I figured out that my old thermostat (Nest 1st Gen) wasn't staying seated in its dock causing some of the pins to fail to make proper contact. I swapped it out for an Ecobee4 I had laying around and everything works perfectly. Yeah, $415 down the damned drain. Thanks, James Lane.

So Thankful for these guys. We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. Thanks for updating our hot water heater and fixing all the things that were wrong with the additional stuff.

We called one day to make a rather vague appointment and got two great guys the next morning. Roger and Anthony were friendly, fast, flexible, well informed and did a great job. Originally simply changing a faucet and checking out water heater, they also fixed a shower problem, replaced a leaky garbage disposal and replaced a poorly functioning toilet inwardsmany thanks and I will definitely call you guys if I ever need any other plumbing help.
