DO NOT STAY HERE!
I am very disappointed with this hotel stay.
First of all, they more than doubled the prices for the weekend of the solar eclipse.
Second, the carpets were dirty, the a/c vents were dusty, the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and the floor was uneven - as you walked, the furniture moved. There was peeling paint and debris on the floor. The breakfast was lacking quality and greasy! This was worse than a motel 6!!!
We spoke to the front desk personnel about the state of the rooms and nothing was done about it. The dust and uncleanliness of the room was so bad that we all woke up the next day with terrible allergies. Not what I expected from Best Western! Will never stay here again! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. -10

Room had bed bugs and roaches and was the sheets had stains and were dirty the towels had hair on them and the shower was cold I wouldn't spend a dollar at this motel

I've never met a hotel staff as friendly and helpful. The hotel is showing its age, but the amount of amenities (refrigerators and microwaves in every room) along with a complimentary breakfast (with Texas-shaped waffles) is enough to compensate. We really enjoyed our stay.

All the bad reviews are true. If you stay on the pool side your room will smell strongly like chlorine, the hallway smelled really bad in the evening ( my room at least didn't), we only stayed 1 night and our keys had to be remade at least once. We saw a small roach when we were getting ready to leave for check out. However the service was very good by the front desk. They switched our room upon check in because of the chlorine smell and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location it just really needs to work on the bad reviews.
