During a difficult time, Phipps helped us through the process. They provided details and offered guidance during the pandemic and were very patient in answering questions while we made decisions about selecting a stone, the layout, and other options available. Most correspondence was by email and all had quick replies. Phipps was accurate and open about timing and prices. They provided a very nice temporary marker until the stone was ready. Once the stone was placed, we could tell it was done with great care. They even moved the ceramic angels from the ground to rest on the edge of the base. We greatly appreciate their help and service!

Rude lady. Wish I had read reviews before purchase. This is 2nd purchase and LAST! I spoke with them multiple times prior to headstone being delivered. I was told by Wendy, KAREN, etc. that I would get a call early part of the week to schedule delivery of headstone. Well, didnt hear from them after week passed so I called fir status. a guy answered with no answers, said lady out with Covid, so would call back once got status. 30 minutes later called and said it had been delivered to cemetery already. This was very upsetting because had specified that wanted to be there when headstone delivered. He then called back and said they called 3 times. No one ever called me or my sister, we checked phone record. I informed that no one called, and why would you not leave a message?? Just admit, office management is UNORGANIZED and INEFFICIENT. I worked in an administrative capacity for years, if you are office savvy, you ALWAYS, let other person know what is going on OR have notes in case of anyones absence. And then the rude, UNPROFESSIONAL Karen, hung up on me because she knows she was NOT telling the truth. Never will I order another headstone from them, they took a sentimental gathering from my family that meant a lot to us and she behaved in a manner that showed they could care less, we have gotten your money is basically what she said, and we are done. Im done as well. Headstone company up the street from you, I dont care if they may be more expensive, you get what you pay for, the ladies at this place has no respect for grieving families.
