Good food. Good service. Our order was incorrect, but guy in kitchen, corrected with no issues. Even let us keep the wrong items!

Missing all the sauces had to go back. I also requested no tortilla strips in my grilled cheese burrito due to a severe corn allergy. After eating my meal in my last bites I realized they were not removed. Causing me an allergic reaction very disappointed.

I got stuck in the Drive-Thru and couldn't get out I was trapped and had to wait 10 minutes only to be denied my order for doordash that is ridiculous and then they're trying to tell me I have to come inside after I sat there and waited 10 minutes!!!! You damn right I had an episode because I think anybody would be pissed off if they had to sit there and wait 10 minutes only to be told that they had to come back around and wait even longer for their food.... That's why I hate doordashing with Taco Bell!!!! Whoever it was that worked there look like he was fixing to rob somebody standing outside looking unprofessional AF and you damn right I didn't feel safe to get out the damn car!! I'm in the middle of the damn ghetto with two orders in my hand of course I'm not going to feel safe so I had every right to go through the drive-thru!!! I will be reporting this to corporate and not only to doordash because you damn right I had an episode because ain't nobody have to wait that long only to be told I'm sorry our policies you have to come inside!!! It don't say it on the damn menu when I pull up so how was I supposed to know and then boom either way I got stuck!!! It should have been a courtesy say I'm so sorry ma'am you got stuck in the Drive-Thru let's make this right for you sweetheart here is your food so you can take it to your customer on time instead of waiting even longer!!!!!! Whoever the manager was on duty needs to be fired immediately and I will push to corporate to have it done and the rest of the workers to be wrote up!! That was absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Thank God that doordash was allowing me to unassign my order because they said it was taking too long that's sad when doordash is telling me hey your order is taking longer than normal would you like to unassign yourself that says right there how long I've been waiting!!!!!!
