I re-submitted a Claim for our Patio cover on 11/4/23, and haven't received any response, the amount you allowed was not near enough to replace it!
They can start by answering the phone, the contractor was trying to call on my behalf because nothing is getting done, and he said he has a hard time getting anyone to answer at Allstate, when he did get someone on the line, they said someone would contact the customer, that's been weeks ago, still I haven't heard for anyone at Allstate!

Do not recommend this agency. They are the worst experience weve ever had with an insurance agency. If you want an inaccurate and incorrect quote, written with the wrong information and address and then to be charged constantly after you paid the policy in full because they are jacking around with your policy behind the scenes and without your consent then pick them. Otherwise avoid this company like they are the plague. Totally incompetent.

I guess at this point in time, the only experience I've had with Allstate is with my agent who was great and very informative and gave me options in price and features that I needed or possibly didn't need coverage for. I've not had any reason to get back in touch as luckily I've not had any house issues and sure hope to keep it that way!
