I would recommend Vickery Law Firm to anyone. Both Jan and Ron have been a constant support for me as we battled a case for years. My case actually was indeed a brutal situation and instead of just "Quitting" Ron, threw his shoulders back and leaned in hard for me and pursued my case all the way through the appeals process, and not only did we Win in the Appeals Court, but because Ron Vickery's Arguments were so Profound and Written so eloquently the Appeals Court ordered additional provisions given to our Plead. The other side settled immediately. His fees are VERY FAIR!!! This firm is the epitome of Righteous Justice, and the Benchmark of What Real Legal Representation should be. They don't hide if you call, they don't avoid emails, I have never waited more than 1 hour for a response of any kind. Try and find Lawyers that actually answer the phones or emails, because they are far and few between. You will be treated like the most important CLIENT when you work with Vickery Law Firm. They are Warm and personable, understanding and compassionate, they put the word "Counselor of Law" back into its true Context. They truly counsel you and listen to all the background noise that goes with Injury Cases, and the ups and downs from physical distress to financial struggles. I live in Austin but did make the drive to Vickery Law Office in Tyler to sign final papers and when i got there i was greeted with the Biggest Hug from Jan, and a nice Fatherly Hug from Ron. I felt like I had just met "old friends". My case never intended to Yield much financial profit, but that never swayed Ron Vickery, he treated me as if I was the most important appt on his calendar. That really matters when it seems like the world is closing in on you during Personal Injury matters. I encourage anyone that has questions about Personal Injury, or need to hire Counsel, to Call Vickery Law Firm and ask for Jan. I can't say enough about this firm. Both Jan and Ron are amazing individuals who put in their research and effort. They go a step above and have checked in on me to see how I was fairing mentally with the weight of the lawsuit. I've always been given time for breaks if needed. Despite my head injury, they have been patient with me if I ever become fixated on a subject and redirected me in the kindest of manners.
Every step of the way, they have been there for me. Whether it was prepping me for a deposition, or helping me reschedule due to events related to being a single mother.
This firm is the real deal. I didn't feel scammed and all negotiations in terms or how things would play out were open table.
