Love the Caliber group. My husband and I have used them multiple times and I've never felt like they're trying to to overcharge us or suggest repairs that aren't needed. Ross took care of my husband's truck and my car recently and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the work. Cannot recommend this group enough!

Zero needs to be an option!
Warning to the public, NEVER EVER take your vehicle here! They were asked to only run a diagnostic test on my vehicle and completely broke my power steering in my Yukon! On top of it, Caleb didn't even have the decency to fess up to this when calling to state it was ready for pickup, only that they suggest it needed ABC work done. He couldn't admit to the problem until my husband was walking out the door with an "oh yeah, btw..." How dare you think breaking something on your watch would encourage us to have it repaired by your dishonest shop and employees. You knew every detail of what we needed, confirmation of suspected problem, and took it upon yourself to try and get more work on our dime and claim it's not your fault. I sincerely feel sorry for anyone else who is ever fooled by your dishonest and unprofessional facility and employees.

Having 7 kids with cars and trucks, Ive been to caliber many times. If I went for a simple oil/filter change, I was met by DORIAN who is Chick Fil A hospitality on steroids!!! Solid guy that is 110% go when it comes to keeping me aware of my vehicles needs.
The front desk is no different. ROSS has been unbelievably helpful and has gone out of his way to help me address several repairs andtold me when the perceived problem was no problem at all, saving me money and worry.
When I wait for a vehicle, KAYLA always would offer coffee, tea, water, and even to snack on some freshly made popcorn. This definitely is appreciated!
Nobody likes to spend money on auto repairs, and even maintenance for that matter, but selecting this Caliper location will definitely save you money, and lots of stress.
