I love to go to this store because of this particular T-mobile personnel by name Yash P. He goes above and beyond in solving whatever issues you have even when others have tried and could not resolve the issue/issues. He deserves an award. He is quite an asset to the company. I just want to thank him for taking care of my phone issues anytime non of them could help, he will definitely find solution to the problem. God job Yash!

Got a new phone to replace my old one. Said my only requirement was that the new one have wireless charging. Employee said he had one in my price range that had that, set it up and I was out. Next day put it on my wireless charger and nothing. Looked it up and this model has no wireless charging. Went back to the store and told the MANAGER I wanted one with wireless charging, he looks through the phones and pulls one out saying it has it and it's $200 more than the one I got. So I bought it and had to leave cause store was closing. But the MANAGER was in such a rush he didn't bother to check if phone was set up properly so I spent 2 hours on my work phone talking to t- mobile to figure out how to get it set up. They couldn't figure it out either and I finally managed to do it after another hour. Turns out...THIS ONE DOESNT HAVE WIRELESS CHARGING EITHER! the manager pretends to read the box to confirm it did and obviously that was a show to make it look like he cared. I do like my new phone but the 1 new feature I asked for wasn't on either phone the store sold me. Neither the employee or MANAGER knew what feature there phones had so I'm giving up on trying again.
