      image Went into this store and received poor information on $200 trade in to purchase Samsung 24. Was going to use the discount to purchase a watch as well. Also they have phones on the floor that they dont carry that are lesser value to use as a sell up to the newest release. Asked why they show a phone that they dont support with inventory that is not supported in the back and was told it is nothing I can do about it. I was ready to purchase a new Samsung 24 phone and watch. Cant do it in good faith.

We are always improving and hope you'll give us another chance to provide better service in the future.To your point, the S23 $700 is still on T-Mobile's demo planogram in store. Sadly that phone is discontinued and can not be purchased. Per your conversation in store, the S23 FE $600 and S24 $800 were offered as alternatives.There is a $200 trade in discount on the S24 with a qualifying trade in. The S10 qualifies for $200 off on the S24. Your current device, A10, is not on the current trade in list for the S24.
