Not only did they have a delay from my appointment, it was a 4 hour delay. When I spoke of the unprofessionalism, I was told “I’ll refund you your $30 deposit”. No response to my inconvenience or prior message. PITIFUL, very poor service.

This company is not professional. My move was scheduled for 6pm i was notified at 545 that they were held up and would be another 3 to 3 in a half hours to get to me, around 840pm i was notified my move was being cancelled due to the workers being to tired.
I ask for my $30 to be refunded and all im getting is the run around. Mind you this was all the day before thanksgiving.

No Stars! This company cancelled on ME on April 28th, they were supposed to show at 6pm. I received a text at 5:30pm that they couldn't come and would reschedule for 3:30 pm on April 29th. They did not show until 4:35 pm on April 29th and it took them 8 HOURS to move a 2 bedroom apartment. ( Mind you, I packed everything except for my beds, dressers, tv, couch and desk) They did not bring the appropriate truck and had to make 2 TRIPS. My move did not end until 12:45am on April 30th. SCAM, NOT WORTH IT, OWNER is not accessible and will not pick up the phone and speak with you. I only received a $30.00 discount for being inconvenienced.
