With how easy it is to order customized items like this online it's really unnecessary to go there and have to wait around the mall

Honestly just order it online. I got some things for a wedding done here so that I could pick them up the same day and it took forever. I ended up spending 4 hours that I didn't need to spend at the mall at the mall waiting for my things to get done. As much as I hate to wait on shipping it probably would have been less of a hassle
