Bed side mannerisms isn’t comforting and unprofessional, been going to this office for years but since the doctor changed, I’ll have to pay 1200 anesthesiologist fee to have my kids teeth worked on.. EXCUSE ME WHAT?!
Never had to before?..Save your time and go somewhere else.

If you want a front staff to do their job, please do not go here. They make you answer questions for every visit that can be asked my the dental assistant or hygienist could ask. The children do not see a hygienist. They see dental assistants. I had to ask 3 times to get my daughter's appointment rescheduled. I received a 4th notification to confirm my daughter's appointment that was canceled, rescheduled, and she had the appointment. They try to up charge you on every visit. The front desk clearly doesn't know how to do their job. The place is clean and the dentist, herself, is nice enough.

Dr. Melissa Balk-Elliott is an excellent example of how to be the best at what you do with great bedside manner. We are extremely grateful for her and her staff- front office and back. Thank you for taking time to explain process and procedures. My kids were very comfortable. Thank you!
