Juan did a complete master bathroom remodel last year in August 2020. 4 months later (December 2020) our shower that he redid was leaking through the tile into the walls. He came out and ripped some dry wall out and resealed the grout (a different color than our original grout) and since then he has never returned. We have tried to contact him over 20 times with absolutely no response. We paid around 14k for this remodel and are now left with a leaking shower that will most likely need to be completely redone at our expense.
