For the person who gave a bad review, we have to respect people who would even do this for anyone that is not their own kid and it takes the whole house to be deep cleaned like quarantine couches after spraying lice poison, throw away all pillows, plushies and toys in bags for two weeks, high heat wash and dry all towels and linens and staying away from playing with kids until the source is eradicated..you can treat lice all day on a person but if don't follow up with the home being completely deep cleaned, it will come back.

I can't say enough about how great Lice Lifters has been to my family. They were accommodating when it came to our schedule and allowed us to come in a little later than normal. We managed to show up early and Darius and Dora immediately helped us. Our daughter had to get treated (by Dora) and Darius checked my wife, son, and me (got the all-clear)! We laughed and chatted the whole time! They answered all of our silly questions and calmed my daughter's nerves. I highly recommend using their service - it's a total sanity saver!

Went there in January. Was absolutely blown away by how awesome the idea of this was. I had two kids with lice. The first time I went, they got rid of the lice, and i bought the products for aftercare, followed all instructions, lice free for about two months. Now they're back. Both kids. I contacted the owner, and she took 25% off, which I felt fairly reasonable, but this soon after treatment, it should have been free. I spend $400 for both kids in January already. I brought one back a few weeks ago, and I couldn't afford to give them another two hundred, so I opted for the comb out and chose not to pay for guaranteed services - another $40 or so. That session didn't help, as her hair is again infested. I followed their instructions the first time, but the second time, I admit I didn't. Was hoping for a complimentary treatment, but owner refused. Over $500 later, and my kids still have lice. Thanks, lice lifters.
