Terrible, terrible company. 6am, they said they’d come but an hour later nobody had showed up. A good samaritan pulled us out instead and when I called the company, they said they were still going to charge me 1/2 the price. They hadn’t even sent anyone. They charged me just for taking my call. I’m disputing it with the credit card company. Do NOT call these guys for a tow.

Legal criminals. Towed away our car right out of the front of our apartments. Denied to talk to us until we paid them 284$. Not professional, rude. Spoiled our time completely at the SPI. People are calling the Police on them all the time.
