        image We contacted Stefen Brooks based on his on-line reviews. Was that ever a mistake. Stefen quoted us a low mortgage interest rate to win over our business. Accordingly, we applied for the home loan and submitted all of the necessary paperwork. But 48 hours later, Stefen SIGNIFICANTLY increased that rate...just as we were about to lock in. Do NOT use this guy. Save yourselves the headache!
