Orange Leaf

For those that love yogurt, this is a great place that has great flavors and an array of toppings. I have been to this particular Orange Leaf and it has always been good, except this time. Our family went to this Orange Leaf yesterday (3/26/22). So the process Before you even get to the cups to serve your yogurt the store has a table with a big bottle of sanitizer. There was a sign that says to clean your hands before you get your cup. So I followed the instructions and picked my cup and served my yogurt, paid for it and went to sit with my family. When I got to sit down I noticed that there was lipstick on my cup. I went back to the front of the store and showed a young man the cup and he said began to argue with me and said he had to go back and check the cameras. He had to also talk to the manager. After waiting for five minutes the manager came out, heard my concerns and after much debate she said go get another one and you will have to pay the difference. I agree and went to get another cup of yogurt and the manager weighed It and charged me for a whole new cup of yogurt. The manager took the payment of my first cup and told me the difference is 40 cents. I gave her $5.00 and expected $4.60 back. But she proceeded to charge me for a whole new cup!! She gave me back $1. 46. I explained that I was only paying for the difference before the first cup that was 40 cents. This manager could not comprehend that she was changing me for two cups!!!! I tried to do the math and explain the charges for over ten minutes. Then she agreed and said she didnt know how to work the register cause they had a new system. She then agreed she owed me more money n came back with 96 cents. She owes me $4.60 and still owed me money. This manager did not know how to do simple addition and subtraction!!!! Its sad to see that she could not see that she had over charged me and could not figure out what she owed me!! To not argue with her anymore cause she was confused and had no comprehension of how much she owed me I told her just forget you dont understand!! Hire a new manager that knows math!!

Great selection of delicious yogurt and toppings. EXTREMELY Clean with a friendly staff. I highly recommend it!
