Rapid Tax

Do not file here! I usually go to H&R Block and I regret not going this year (This place actually charges more). This is the worst experience that I ever had filing my taxes. 1. The woman preparing my taxes didn’t have a mask at all...during a pandemic?? Seriously. 2. She also Did not go over anything with me she took my paperwork asked maybe two questions and processed my entire refund. At the end she just said “sign here.” 3. Didn’t go over prices, didn’t go over if I wanted direct deposit or check ( I had to later tell her I wanted direct deposit then she changed it) I didn’t even know how much I was getting back until I went to my car and looked at the paperwork 4. I asked for a cash advance that usually takes 15 minutes to be approved this was 2 days ago and I haven’t heard anything when I called they said it’s pending. Nobody can give me any answers! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Lesson learned. I know this is the right company! If you guys cannot find me in your database then we have a bigger issue then you did not file my taxes correctly!!!!. So don’t let the response from them fool you. Obviously they know they’re horrible. Another reason to stay AWAY!
