    I had an appointment with them today and they were a no call and no show. I waited 9 hours on them. This is after they had already been here 2x and the problem was not corrected.

    If I could I'd give a negative number. We've been dealing with them for 8+ weeks for a broken dishwasher. One of their techs broke more than he fixed. You can't get a live person on the phone, you get emails/text messages and automated phone calls with conflicting info about your appointments. This is enough to make me never buy anything from Lowes again.

    How terrible magic chef uses them for repairs. The agent came out and says my washer needs new springs. I don't have any confidence they know what the issue is and this was just a generic thing for them to order. They booked a followup for when the parts come in two weeks out. The day before AE calls me and tells me to call them back or my appointment will be cancelled. Like really?! This was already confirmed. I call back and was then informed the parts were shipping to me which I was never told and they didn't come in yet so my appointment was cancelled anyways. They say to rebook appointment when they come in via link in email that I have never gotten. They have no phone agents and no matter what option you pick it hangs up on you. Absolute 0 customer support, no ETA when my parts will come in, and even less conference this will fix the problem. This place should be shut down.

    I only gave 1 star because it was the only way to write a review. They deserve 0 stars!! Terrible customer service, actually NO customer service at all! No way to speak to an actual person. They dont value your time or you as a customer!!! Had 3 appointments to repair the same issue with my refrigerator. First appointment they cancelled the day before; apparently they only have one repair person. Second time, they guessed to repair the problem. Third time, no show and no call to let us know they werent coming. They expect you to be home from 8-5 waiting on their repair men. A whole day off work to wait around and they dont show or call!! I feel it was retaliatory because when they called a few days prior I expressed how unsatisfactory the service had been. I guess they wanted to show me!! Theres no accountability, no one to assess their work ethic or knowledge of repairing. GE needs to find a new warranty repair service!
