I have been on a weight loss program going on 18 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. Alamo get the b12 shot that really has boost my energy level and reduce my appetite and made me regular finally. I would have lost more weight on the scale but I am working out at the gym and getting actual muscles. Since I have been going to see her I feel more motivated by her to do more for my self health and feel better all around! Highly recommend the emsculpt treatments also. Really helps speed up the firming of muscle process I am shooting for.

Dr. Karen is simply wonderful. The staff is always super helpful and nice. This is the best Dr. and healthcare I've received in a long time. I highly recommend ! My wife and daughter also see Dr. Architect too.

I visited Heart Healthy Family Practice in July 2022 and was so impressed with the comfortable feeling of the offices. Dr. Architect goes above and beyond what many practitioners do to meet the needs of her patients. She has a forward thinking mindset to assist her patients with health care to improve quality of life, not just sick care.
