They did fix my roof (but it was late), their business follow through was less than professional. To be fair it must have been when they over hired after the couple of hail storms spring summer 2016 but now it appears that they have to pay their bills and have let most of their help go. They inflated the cost to the insurance company and dragged out my refund check for over 7 months now. I have them agreeing to pay me in writing but still nothing. After countless phone calls where they agreed to pay me, it has been 67 emails and counting but still nothing. I went through 3 different account receivables people and have learned that one was let go, one was stealing and fired, and the one who is left is doing 3 peoples jobs. So while she has been nice on the phone she doesn't have the authority to actually conduct business. It seems that only the owner and manager seem to be able to "release" funds. Recommend to shop around
