      image Leaving a review while waiting in the drive thru line Ive waited for over ten minutes and the line has not moved but I am trapped in. Its not the first time this happened over here so I am extremely upset over it. ALSO after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we were told they were out of napkins and had the window slammed in our faces.

      image i used to love jack in a box but there service has been very lazy and they never open i went through drive thru a few times and noone said anything i know they were there it was early still so i pulled up to the window and i could see employees in back doing nothing i was livid but i kept my cool and went across tthe street to whataburger which is such a shame cause i love jacks food msybe thats y i was so upset
