We contacted Joe from out of state and asked him if he would be willing to help us look for a house to buy in Texas. He kindly agreed and told us he'd be available during our trip. Joe understood our needs and showed us areas that would be a good fit for our family. It's apparent that Joe loves what he does, knows the area/schools well and truly enjoys helping people find the perfect home. He did just that for us. He was also always willing to answer any questions and negotiate anything that would benefit our family. Despite a few obstacles along the way, Joe was always there to help resolve any issues... and eventually get us moved into our lovely home. We had a wonderful experience working with Gonzalez Realty Group. They not only took the time to get to know our wants and likes, but also to educate us on the current housing trends. They kept us updated on new listings and made themselves available to show us the listings. After just 3 views we found our home. Once we started the closing process they were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. They went above and beyond when dealing with adjustments and concessions. Once we closed they even made time to follow up with us and make sure all went well after move in. We couldnt be happier to highly recommend the Gonzalez team.
