Cheryl is a great realtor! She did a fantastic job of finding a gorgeous property in our budget within a beautiful community. I couldn’t have done it without her. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our first time homebuyer questions. She was readily available with communication and organized. She was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend her for future realty needs.

Chery Anderson was a phenomenal realitor and blew my expectations out of the water! She worked her butt off for the sale of our home, was extremely professional, pro-active, knowledgable and especially knew how to price our home very well, she was able to assist with making key decisions and making sure we got the most money out of our home! I had full trust and peace in mind knowing she was looking out for our best interest. we were in the best care with her! She is a 10 out of 10!! We will absolutely use her in the future! She does everything to accommodate our busy schedules and provides excellent advice and guidance when there are decisions to be made, she was very dependable and always made herself available for us!
