Ms. Langham was such a God send in such a terrifying process. I was a first time home buyer and was really nervous about the whole process. I knew that I wasn’t just a sale when I was about to put an offer on a potential home, and my realtor said to me, “did you notice how narrow the streets were and the lack of sidewalks. Can you see your son riding his bike in the neighborhood?” Not only was my realtor looking out for what my dream home entailed, but also my family. The whole process was seamless, and I was kept up to speed the entire time. No question was ever ridiculous (I know I asked a lot of them) and she always made the time to ensure that I understood everything. I refer Ms. Langham to all my friends and family, she knows what’s she’s doing, and when you team with her you’re never “just a sale” .
