We love working with Specialized Property Management! Last year was the first year my fianc and I began our journey in real estates investing and SPM has made a huge difference for us. As new investors, there were lots of questions and concerns we had, but SPM was able to make everything easy for us and help us through the whole process taking as much time as we needed to help us understand the market and learn to make good investments even before we had property for them to manage. Once we had purchased our first properties, they took care of them as though they were their own and have been great at keeping us updated on everything that happens. I feel that it is only because of how well SPM manages our properties and screens tenants that we can keep working overseas stress free knowing our investment properties are in good hands. They have been wonderful to work with and have truly treated us more like family rather than clients. I 100% recommend Specialize Property Management to anyone looking for a great quality property manager. They are outstanding!!
