Dr. Shah was very attentive, polite, and thorough during my appointment. He never rushed his explanations or the appointment time, so that's when I knew he really cared. He's genuinely a great doctor, as well as a great person. I really appreciated how he cared for my concerns and how he discussed my treatment plans. His staff was also very nice and helpful when needed. I was very impressed with the process and my experience. If you're looking for an ENT, don't hesitate to choose Dr. Shah as your ENT!

Everyone at American Sinus Institute is professional and courteous. From the start, I couldn’t have been happier with the process. After my balloon sinuplasty procedure, I feel like I can actually breathe again. It changed everything for me. Not only is Dr. Shah a great doctor, he is also a great person. He never hesitated to answer any questions that I had, and I never felt like he was rushing through his appointment with me. He took the time to explain everything.
