Needed a rental fast as my vehicle had to stay in auto repair. Enterprise fixed me up fast with a nice car and saved me alot versus having to taxi/Uber it.
Everyone at the Enterprise was great and Nick made sure I had no worries on the rental. Great service!

I absolutely detest doing business with car rental companies for the reason that these companies are out to deceive and make money at the expense of the unsuspecting customer. I came to the San Antonio location on Nacogdoches Rd. after dropping off my car to have a dent repaired which was to be paid for by the responsible party's insurance. They were also going to cover the cost of my rental car which is when I spoke to Edgar at the Nacogdoches location and made arrangements to pick up a vehicle. We went through the necessary "jumping through hoops" and I provided the necessary documentation as well as my debit card (BIG mistake) for what was explained to me as a required deposit, and was told that I would get it back when I returned the vehicle. The repairs to my vehicle took a week (dropped off on Monday, was ready by Friday), and since I work out of town, my husband picked up my vehicle with the plan that we would return the vehicle the next day which was a Saturday. Unfortunately for us (and conveniently for the car rental place), they were closed over the weekend. We tried contacting the Enterprise location where we picked up the vehicle, but we were unable to contact anybody, so we were stuck with the rental until Monday. When we were finally able to return the vehicle, we were told that the insurance company was only going to cover the rental car until the Friday that we picked up my vehicle that was being repaired, and the additional days would be charged to my debit card that I had used to pay the required deposit. I told Edgar that I did not authorize Enterprise to make any charges to my card to which he responded that in signing the rental agreement, I had (unknowingly) authorized them to charge my card for the unpaid weekend days. I asked him if he had pointed that out to me when I was signing for the vehicle to which his only response was that I had signed the agreement which gave them authorization. To add insult to injury, when I picked up the rental, he told me that he was going to give me an upgrade AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for the inconvenience of having to wait for a rental car - in other words, he was going to make more money by charging the upgraded daily rate to the insurance company, except that over the weekend that I got stuck with the rental car, I sure was charged the daily rate of the so-called "FREE UPGRADE"...shame on me for not reading over the contract thoroughly before signing, and SHAME ON ENTERPRISE for taking advantage of the situation.

Had a rental for about 3 weeks due to my accident and the time it took to repair my vehicle! Received such great customer service, even while being short staffed! Appreciate the kindness! :)
