        These apartments are what I think of when someone mentions "efficiency" flats. Quite small and yet, surprisingly cosey. Small, quiet places walking distance from the Randolph Park & Ride and I35. A short bus ride from downtown, NE Baptist or NE Methodist Hospitals, nearby grocers and restaurants and a short distance from Cowboy's and the old Santiko's movie theater. Down side is the parking is practically nonexistent. Curbside is your best option there as the parking behind the structure looks like a glass recycling area and is a constant threat to the continued ability of a car's tires to hold air. Overall... Not too shabby.
