My husband I are self in employed, which is the hardest loans to get approved and they did it! They were able to help with are credit, and were in constant contact through the whole process. As with any home loan there are many ups and downs, but Julie, Jamie, Dana, and mystery underwriter, went above and beyond by a mile, to help us buy our home. We will be forever grateful.

Communication is the worst. We were completely misled throughout the home-buying process, are now out hundreds of dollars, and no home to show for it. This loan officer completely blew us off - and we only used her because of a family referral. Response times were non-existent, promised many phone calls to which we only received answers when pushed. Completely unprofessional, when everything fell apart she didn’t even have the decency to reach out directly or respond to my inquiries. Will NEVER use again or recommend to anyone.

Our experience was okay. Communication with loan officer was fairly consistent and informative but communication with other staff members was a bit unprofessional and honestly rude at times-in the way of demanding emails with no explanation as to why certain information is needed and long response times. We were able to achieve the end goal but it was a harrowing experience especially in light of the times we're living in. Working with Network Lending certainly didn't make it feel any easier.
