Megan and her team did not work diligently and treated our case as if it were just another number. Communication was broken up into weeks where we had to reach out first to receive an update on our home ownership process. Eventually, all communication ceased on their end without any explanation. We were able to reach out to another lending team that quickly and efficiently got us to our end goal and closed within 2 months. That is the kind of service expected when going through a process as such.
