Steve and his team did an excellent job from beginning to end. I was moving from out of state and found New Horizon online. Obviously I was a little skeptical to go through such a big process with a team Ive never met, but Steve was great! He was upfront about the process and helped me along the way, making the process extremely easy. Always available and ready to assist. I felt like he cared more about me as a person and I know I always have a friend in the mortgage business. Highly recommend! Thanks Steve!

I have gone through mortgage process with other banks and mortgage companies previously however I had never experienced the level of service that is provided by Steven Anderson and Melissa Petitt. They made this process as easy as possible and helped me find the best interest rate possible. Steve was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process, and he would take time out of his busy day to explain in detail each process. After experiencing the level of service that New Horizon Mortgage provides, I do not think I can ever experience anything better. Thank you so much Steve and Melissa for all your help!

Steve Anderson and Melissa at New Horizon Mortgage have made our dreams of owning our first home a reality. They walked us through the process and kept us informed through phone conversations, emails, and in person visits even on Sundays which is unheard of.
We also gave Steve plenty of obstacles to deal with, but he always had a solution. On a personal note, Steve is a very down to earth person who makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. He will always be "como familia" to us.

My wife and I had recently decided it was time to move on from our old home and buy a new house. After searching for about two months we finally found our new place! The next part of the process was to get a loan to finance the purchase. Since I had a fantastic experience with New Horizon Mortgage on the refinance of my prior home loan, we decided to utilize them again. Once again, they did not disappoint! Steve and Melissa made the process really easy for us and answered any questions that came up! Steve even promised to keep an eye out for us when mortgage rates drop so we can look to refinance. Awesome service and professionalism! It is no wonder they have been in business for over 27 years!!
