Julie velasco has wasted weeks of my time and thousands of dollars. Shes a terrible loan officer and would not recommend this place to anybody. Her communication is totally diminished and will often not get back to your till 4 days later or just not even respond to your messages or calls. Trust me when i tell you do not go through with this company they will steal your time and money

I trusted Julie Velasco with an extremely difficult situation. I told her I was leary about coming to her for help, but she assured me she would look into the matter and get back with me. Not only did she never talk to me again, she breached my trust on so many levels and clearly took sides, without believing me, or knowing the entire situation. I have been devastated on so many levels in my transaction, taken advantage of, and forgotten. . I would not recommend doing business with Julie, or any of the "team" that she is referred to by.

Dealt with J. Velasco. Terrible customer service. Took her more than a week to get back with me, compromising an important financial move. Either in over her head or remarkably terrible time management. Either way, not a good business chooce!!
