Although I wasn't there to purchase anything, the staff is so nice. The first time you go visit and you're ready to sign a few paper works to see where you're at financially. Takes a little longer, be prepared to spend a little bit of time discussing your finances like a normal realtor house hunting typing. And then you get to look at the homes which is cool. And that way you can make the correct purchase. The staff was really nice they attended to all my needs and if my kids needed to color or popcorn even. If you're looking to purchase modular home this probably is the place for you.
