We purchased our first home with Krista and can't imagine having worked with anyone else. She made the process so easy and helped us navigate through every caveat and contingency that comes with the territory, recommending reliable inspectors and vendors, and coordinating work that the bank appraisal required (at the seller's cost!) On top of all of this, we purchased the house from our current home in New York and only had to show up for closing. Krista organized and owned all of the documents, walked us through each update, met inspectors at the property, and gave valuable insight both into concerns we had that shouldn't be worrisome and into things we overlooked that should be considered more closely. We still can't believe what a wonderful and special house we have and are forever grateful to Krista for leading the process (and ultimately showing us that we could pay considerably less than listing price and what we were willing to offer.)
