Ive been a customer for well over 15 years now, back when the credit union had a presence inside of the USAA main building just to give some background. Started with a savings, then checking, personal loan and the most recentrefinancing my mortgage. The process was seamless, easy and painless. This was my second time working with Lisa Rakus and I couldnt be more grateful for her professionalism, candor and guidance to ensure I was well versed in my options, the benefits and not to mention the savings in the long run.
