I can't say enough great things about Crandall & Associates. Jana Nentwich helped us with the purchase of health, life, dental, and vision benefits for our company. She researched the marketplace and brought us a lot of choices and was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and EXTREMELY patient. From beginning to end, Jana made the process very easy. Our company now has employee benefits for the first time! We will always trust Crandall & Associates with our insurance coverages.

Crandall is the ABSOLUTE BEST! On the rare occasion I have experienced a problem they took care of everything, and quickly. At one point Crandall called me back and had the insurance company on the phone at the same time! Then I got a follow-up email that explained the resolution in writing! No better service than Crandall!
