Zero stars was not an option. Got injured at work and proceeded with my personal insurance until work told me to file the claim. Since it happened at work and everything is recorded proof is there. I had an MRI today (Almost 2 weeks after my original MRI was set)and find out at my appointment 1200 pm after nothing to eat or drink since 600 am that my claim was denied. My adjuster Alisa O’Neal did not bother to call me or notify me in any manner. Apparently it was denied on Friday today is Monday. I’m fortunate that I can afford to do this with out them but for those of you that can’t my apologies in advance. I waited a long time to go through their process making my knee worse and in a lot of pain. With my insurance I had an MRI scheduled the next day. I am at the ER right now again because of my adjusters lack of notification and common courtesy. I would add that I took all the steps not to go through workman’s comp. I hurt my knee in December, I feel it may just be bruised, waited a couple weeks it’s still swelling, proceed to ER do an XRAy nothing broken doctor advised it’s an area I often use give 4-6 weeks if it continues come on back in. Knee still swelling I’ve been doing everything as instructed now MRI. Notify Supervisor I hurt my knee on such and such date it has not got better. Supervisor I will complete paperwork for workman’s comp. Now they get involved. I’m sitting here in the ER with a denied form from an injury that occurred two months ago and because a claims adjuster feels it was not reported in a timely manner my health was put into more danger. To anyone in this position our health always comes first especially with the work that I do. In my total years employed since I was 15 I have never filed a claim with any type of insurance. I take that back 1 for hail damage to my vehicle. The time I do it’s the most horrible experience and it’s because of claim adjusters like this. My work did a claim for me several years ago but I rejected their assistance and proceeded with my own insurance I should have done it this way initially but my heart said give them an opportunity not everything people say is that bad. I was wrong in that thought. Thank you GOD for being in this position where I can take care of it on my own! Expect delays, inconvenience and lack of effort from this organization of trying to save money. My denial says it’s fraud to make false claims. I’m sure that’s required on their part I’m in a work environment where everything is recorded. It should read your claims adjuster is trying to save money so you will be denied. Who has time to make false claims, seriously and When did injuries come with a time line. I’ve been hurt many times and have seen many people injured, a car accident people don’t feel immediate pain. I guess my advise is anytime you hurt yourself for anything and everything report it immediately or these adjusters got you! That is what they are paid to do. If I could give you negative Stars I would I've watched my friends quality of life decline over the last year due to your neglect over treating an injury that he suffered from a job that you insured. It has declined to the point that he has lost feeling in his leg and he can barely sleep at night due to the pain. As a company I don't understand how your agents can be so inefficient with providing the necessary care for him. The necessary care recommended by your doctor in April. This doctor recommended physical therapy after the MRI showed significant modic changes in his spine and it still took three months for you to comply with the Doctors findings and recommendations for that care. All he has asked for is to see a doctor and treat his injury. You are still neglecting him two months later. He cannot function and has no quality of life due to your neglect. He waited in pain with his quality of life declining for over a year to finally get treatment and again you are failing to meet his medical needs. You should not be in this business if you do not provide the proper treatment for those you insure! Sep 20th, 2019

They are a horrible worker's comp company. You don't get covered unless you have a blatantly obvious injury that is caught on camera. Ie..broken leg and the bone is showing. Their attorney purposely disregards WC commissioner orders. Aug 9th, 2019
