Ever since his assistant left the office is a mess. Rudy is never there, he does not answer the phone or voicemails. He has hours posted but it is useless, the UPS tried to leave our insurance claim 4 times and no luck. Unreliable, we've been customers for almost 18 years and he doesnt even know our names or our situation. I never had to deal with him personally only Debbie (assistant of 20 years) and she was always amazing when we had any issues-wonder were she went? Super disappointed I am glad my insurance is up for renewal, I love State Farm and staying with them, but switching agents.

My wife and I have been having a terrible experience with Rudy Patino at State Farm. My wife originally called and talked with Rudy over the phone. She was requesting certain information regarding existing policies. Rudy told her he would check into her concerns and get back with her. After not receiving any call back after several days my wife called his office. There was no answer and she left a voice message. She called several more times over the next several days each time having to leave a voice message. After still not receiving any responses she drove over to his office at 1:30pm during a weekday. When she arrived there was a sign posted at the door stating the office was closed. My wife called his office number from his parking lot and once again there was no answer so she was forced to leave another voice message. I decided it was time for me to get involved and sent several emails to him. I never received a response to any of my emails. So we finally decided to call the State Farm Headquarters. After talking to State Farm Headquarters and explaining the problems we were having I received a "read response" to one of the emails I sent Rudy a week earlier. So I know he did in fact read one of my emails. But even after that I never received a response from hm. We used to have all our insurance coverages such as car, home, life, long term, etc. with Rudy. I had to cancel our home and auto policies several years ago as I found better rates switching to Farmer's Insurance. I spoke with Rudy letting him know I was able to get a much better rate and increased coverage with Farmer's. Wanting to give him an opportunity to retain our business I told Rudy if he could match or beat the rate from Farmer's we would stay with him. Well I never heard back from him. So I transferred all our auto and home policies over to Farmer's. I wanted to transfer the life and long term policies as well but my wife didn't want to do it at the time. Due to the recent experience with Rudy I finally convinced her it was time to get the policies out of his control. So this week we will be terminating our relationship with Rudy. We are totally satisfied with our new agent at Farmer's.
