That’s the last lazy insurance place you should get covered , they are exactly the ones everybody is warning you, beware of them, 3 weeks and waiting for them to move they’re back. I’m ready to get overseeing Authority involved

Worst insurance company ever! My car was wrecked two weeks ago and an adjuster still hasn’t even looked at it! As soon as my car is totaled I will be changing insurance companies immediately!!!! Do not give these people any of your money!!!

My 92 y.o. and 96 y.o. parents had an air condition humidifier clogged up and water spilled on to the hall way carpet and riuned the bedroom , closet , and hallway. Travelers paid for the carpet amd installation but the other cost such as removal of wet carpet , moving furniture , replacing wall trim , and closet tracks plus the removal of furniture and replacing furniture was not included. My parents have been paying every month for decades but Travelers doesn't care. Save your money and peace of mind by NOT buying Travelers.

My house half-flooded on the day I got the key because of a burst pipe. They paid me $5K at first, and told me that would help me get started with a contractor. A month later, and I still don't have an approved estimate. The contractor can't get started on anything without that approval, because it will cost far more than $5K to order everything. It also took them 3 weeks to approve me staying in my rental, which took me talking to the VP to get that done. My adjuster had claimed that it was up to his management to get that approval, but once I spoke with the VP, I got a call from my adjuster and he explained that it actually was his decision, but that he just wanted to talk to his management first. I also just received a call from ServPro that they have been trying to get a hold of my adjuster to get paid, but he won't give them a straight answer. I called my adjuster, and he informed me that the $5K was both to pay ServPro and to help get started with a contractor. He never told me that was for ServPro, and never told them that either.
