        Many and long recordings, India accents are difficult to understand,a long wait for their mailed info, only to find that they sent inadequate or wrong info, therefore had to go through all the security questions , recordings, and accents again.was told two loan had been taken out from our policy, but wouldn't say by who or when and that's the mail transcript copy we waited for which was no sent. (Yet !!!)
