I have called Amanda several years kes, claim ms she returns phone calls with in 24 hrs and it's past over a week now and no calls. You can not speak to anyone worse service. I will be calling Austin Texas Department Of Insurance and will be filing a complaint.

I had to reach out to this company multiple times to process my Fmla and they claimed to have sent me my packet 3 times before I actually received it. They were sending the paperwork to the wrong email. I had called to them to tell them I did not receive it and would give them the correct email, verifying they did not have the right email address. They denied the fact that I called many different times to verify my email and to tell them I was not receiving my paperwork. They said they had it right the whole time and I had not been calling to verify or let them know. Over a WEEK and a half later I finally received it. The examiner (lead specialist) was never available when the representative tried to get ahold of her. I believe her name is christina? They had the audacity to continue telling me I could not get an extension for my paperwork deadline because it was my fault and I had received my paperwork the day I preceded my claim, plus two times after that. Which is totally FALSE. Why would I call them that many times to just chit chat??? And To what email?! It was WRONG each time I called to ask about it. I did my part with following up and verifying my email multiple times, they have lied and completely not taken accountability for not putting the correct email on file each time I called. This company is a scam. I worked for my medical leave and this company is holding my pay hostage just because of some timeline they can’t even uphold? My family will be without a weeks worth of pay because I had surgery and this company wants to blame me… when I’ve been responsible in my part. AWFUL. That is food out of our mouths and they don’t care at all. I would suggest to keep your own record of who you talk to and what the conversation consists of each time you call this company for your own protection.
