        I have moved on from this insurance company. But I used to have state farm... I called a couple of months ago to tell them that I would like to withdraw myself from this insurance company. Because I had already found another company to go with.. when I called a woman answered (I didn't get her name) but she was RUDE. Her tone was very harsh and straightforward. And sounded agitated. Maybe she was upset from a previous call I don't know. But maybe yall should hire people with better customer service skills... Thank you kindly

        Terrible people my policy went up double in less than two weeks after a price was given out of a surprise dont go here go somewhere else!!!
