I stayed here for two nights and really loved the hotel it is very close to some restaurants and shops at the Rim and its super close to the Shops at La Cantera as well as to Six Flags Fiesta Texas
I think the room was nice and spacious it had a fridge and not just a mini fridge a regular bigger fridge and a microwave as well as a sink and a little stove ,but we didnt need a lot ,but we used the fridge and microwave. It has way more than what we needed for 2 nights so I rate it a 10/10
Rooms: Pretty spacious and clean expect for the carpets being dirty which is normal
Nearby activities: Within 5-7 minutes from the Shops at La Cantera and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

I was there for 14 weeks. Ask for any amenities and they will provide. You just have to ask. If you do t get it. Ask for it.

I stayed here two weeks ago for 3 days for a work trip. Every time I went to shower the water was ice cold and would never warm up. What really has me bothered is the fact that I left a $600 facial device in my room on accident. When I discovered I had forgot my machine I made a phone call and was told housekeeping was gone but the manager, Gina would call me the next day. She did not call but I called her and according to the assist manager, Gina went to check and nothing was there. I wouldve thought she wouldve called me back but no. I called back again the next day to speak with Gina and she basically said it wasnt there and nothing she can do and left it at that. You would think she wouldve been a bit more concerned so I asked for corporates phone number and she said they would not do anything other than call her and she would tell me the same thing. I have never had anything come up missing from my stays and really insulted that this manager has done NOTHING but act as if she was too busy to figure out who stole my machine. I would highly not recommend ever staying at this hotel! Shame on this hotel and their management!

It does not worth even one star. They shut off the water one hour before the check-out without any notice. When I ask what I should do, as I need to leave for a very important lunch in one hour. The staff just told me she does not know without any apology. I explained to the staff I am new here and really need her help. The staff told me to use the water bottle (8 oz) that the hotel provided when we checked in. I asked the staff to bring some more bottles up as I am not ready to go down. The staff did not come up and provide water.
The front desk staff came after 40 min. The Marriott further explained to me that the staff could not leave the front desk, worrying about losing the job by leaving the front desk empty. The house keepers were all busy. The manager was out of duty as it was a public holiday.
Our room was located right next to the elevator. Based on what the hotel said, it seems the front desk staff cannot even take one min restroom break? Otherwise hotels let go of people because of that? The staff was not flexible.
How come the staff feels the risk of losing the job leaving the front desk for one min? Water shut off is critical issue for the hotels. Was the staff trained enough to handle? The manager provides sufficient help to the staff? In any case, it is a failure.
The officer at Marriott Bonvoy spoke witht the frontdesk guest and shared that she is scared of losing her job. The Marriott Bonvoy shared that they will follow this up but I have not heard from them yet.
