The absolute WORST !!! Would not recommend them to a single soul on this earth. Closed on our home in August of 2022 and we still have multiple items that need to be fixed/ Redone. The warranty people are a joke and get nothing done. So many excuses when I reach out multiple times a week and still nothing done. On top of that the over quality of the work done in the house is poor looks like they found the cheapest contractors to get the house done no matter the quality of work. Its disgusting to say the least. The sales team is cool until they get that earnest money or options deposit then you dont hear from them. The only positive feedback I have is for my construction manager Zack who really did everything he could leading up to closing to make sure we were satisfied but certain things were out of his control. WORST CUSTOME SERVICE EVER!!!!! Supposed to have completed warranty work back in November of 2022. Completed a walk through, labeled all areas, and have had blue tape on my house since then, BUT NO REPAIRS. The only work completed has been using the wrong paint to touch up the outside walls, and they still have never fixed their blunder. My exterior walls look like a five year old painted them. Warranty person is a joke, and never gets anything done. Sent a request online for repairs and was sent a confirmation email that someone would contact me back within 48 hours - still waiting for a reply over a week later. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE SEEKING TO PURCHASE A NEW HOME, YOU WILL ONLY BE DIAPPOINTED. Run, don't make the same mistake we did. Service: Home building
