1st visit was disappointing. Slow service, slow. 2nd visit I was a little disappointed because the fender guitar that I was watching was gone. But salesman walked by and asked me if I would like to see a guitar. I looked at a couple. Not the blue. But I will go back and see if I can get a higher Score out of them. Nice place.

I have been coming to this location since they opened and have done a lot of business with them. I always been told I was a good customer and they have always worked with me during times of financial hardships. But now after all these years I have become very skeptical about the way they do things. I have noticed over years I have lost several pawns and or layways based on poor negligence of the employees renewing wrong tickets not giving me correct information on when pawns were due. But still I go in and asked everytime in person what is due but yet somehow complete information is not provided, no reminder calls are made as a courtesy which had been done in the past and I come in and I'm told I lost my item WHAT! that makes no sense. I was just told yesterday the items I had just put on layaway I lost and one item it had transfered to another location or something not clear on there explanation. The employee proceeded start another layaway for an item i just paid on two weeks ago and was not due until the 17th the items were still being paid on. What's that a double layaway now so one item is gone. Over time my items one by one seem to disappear from this Store. Employees are not paying attention to details I'm very unhappy about what took place and I'm waiting to hear Mauro the locations Manager to determine what the hack is going on there. The item I had can no longer be purchased I would like to know what and where is my item.
